Upper East Side Townhouse Renovation

Our firm has been fortunate to design a number of custom homes for a variety of clientele. This project is a townhouse renovation for the former president of Coach Leather.

The project included an entirely new facade, an extension into the rear yard creating a 2-story living room with steel and glass windows, and a gut renovation of all 5 floors with a sculptural stair connecting them. The stoop and original detail had been lost so we crafted this new facade that is once again stately, but in a modern manner.
